Scouting RAGBRAI... Day 2 in Algona

Algona will be our overnight town on Day 2, July 24th...after our longest and hardest day of cycling at 72 miles! I may just sleep through this town ;)

Algona boasts a family owned winery and another in a former train depot, a POW museum, chocolate store, a 5 screen cinema with cold AC that will be a major plus for tired riders, a modern YMCA for showers, and a big Kmart... also a welcome stop for restocking after a 72 mile day of riding through small, rural towns.
